[Reservations]
To allow ease of payment, reservations can be made by telephone, fax, or e-mail. In all cases confirmation is required either by cheque or credit card details.
Deposits
Deposits hold accommodation until 6pm on the day of arrival. For arrival after 6pm payment in full must be received 7 days prior to arrival date. In the event of a guest cancelling accommodation any deposit shall be forfeited, and if notification is less than 7 days before arrival date the guest will be held responsible for the total cost of the accommodation booked.
Credit Cards
Mastercard & Visa are accepted for booking accommodation. Payment is taken on guests arrival plus a charge of £2.00 per transaction.
If a guest cancels less than 72hrs before arrival or does not inform the establishment of cancellation then the guest will be held responsible for the total cost.
