Unforseen delays or earlier arrivals
A telephone call before must be received for unforeseen delays. Request for early arrival must be agreed with proprietor at time of booking.

Accessibilty
A five storey Victorian property (circa 1836) which involves stairs to all levels and therefore we are unable to make special arrangements for guests with mobility problems although every help or assistance will be given where possible.
